Our team is organized and efficient - to make your program as successful and seamless as possible.  We are here to make YOU look good!

Fast, efficient and within budget - the professionals at Callaway Transportation are known for their quality services.  Our team keeps on top of changes and consistently strives to meet and exceed the goals of our clients.  Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager to work with throughout the entire project.  Each of our team members is dressed in professional, easily identifiable attire.  Two-way radios, Nextel mobile phones and live vehicle reporting are always utilized to keep in constant contact with each vehicle within the fleet.  Only reputable vendors with late model equipment are utilized on Callaway Transportation programs.

Late Model Equipment

  • Callaway Transportation utilizes only coaches 5 years of age or newer
  • All equipment is inspected at the start of each shift
  • Unsatisfactory equipment is replaced before start of service
  • All drivers are drug screened and compliant with all DOT regulations

Communication

  • All transportation staff are outfitted with two-way radios or Nextels
  • All drivers are outfitted with two-way radios or Nextels
  • Show Management is provided with a direct link to on-site shuttle management
  • Attendees are provided an on-site contact number with direct link to shuttle management

 


The Transportation Team

  • All members of the transportation team are uniformed and easily recognized
  • Our team is proactive in keeping up service levels and intervals
  • Detailed equipment utilization and passenger counts are updated hourly
  • Staff is easily approachable on-site and ready to answer all attendee questions
  • The team meets several times each day to keep on top of changing needs and requests
