Shuttle transportation for over 100,000 people to the National Mall
Working with officials from DC, Maryland and Virginia
Coordinating with the US Secret Service, National Guard, American Red Cross, other federal agencies and NGOs
Integrating security plans with the DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management agency and DC Emergency Operations Center
Designing a redundant communications plan including cell phones, Nextel devices, two-way radios, and satellite phones
Administering an online parking reservation service
Orchestrating temporary infrastructure - command center, tents, barriers, lights, heating, etc.

Managing a volunteer corp of over 300 people
Designing and managing a Lost Passenger Service (LPSSM)
