Meet guests at baggage claim with a sign clearly displaying their name or company logo on it
Have staff on-site in easily identifiable uniforms
Have staff assist with baggage, registration, and special needs
Create and display custom signage to eliminate confusion
Upon request, make sure amenities, such as drinks and food, are the specific brands requested
Monitor flight and train arrivals to adapt to any unanticipated changes in schedule
Communicate the team leader's name and multiple phone numbers to ensure constant communication
Upon request, our team can utilize our sponsorship services to custom wrap a bus, include branded headrests and show custom video during transfer
